Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage daily reporting, data management, dashboards, and business performance reports. The ideal candidate should have strong MS Excel skills and the ability to handle large datasets accurately. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Collect, consolidate, and validate data from different sources. Maintain accurate databases and ensure timely data updates. Create Excel-based reports, dashboards, and performance trackers. Monitor key business/operational metrics and highlight variances. Generate reports for management and internal teams. Perform data analysis and identify trends, gaps, and discrepancies. Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper documentation. Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting requirements.



Automate and improve existing reports and MIS processes wherever possible. Required Skills Strong knowledge of MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, charts, filters, etc. Good understanding of MIS reporting and data analysis. Ability to work with large volumes of data. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of Google Sheets will be an added advantage. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus. Qualification Graduate in any discipline, preferably B.Com, BBA, BCA, or a related field. Ideal Candidate 2–3 years of experience in **MIS, reporting, data management, or **operations reporting. Strong Excel knowledge with practical experience in preparing reports and dashboards.
