Position: Bodyshop Manager
Location: Kottayam
Experience: Minimum 10 Years of experience in the Automobile Industry is mandatory
Salary: Starting from 40,000 per month Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee the complete operations of the automobile bodyshop.
* Supervise body repair, denting, painting and related workshop activities.
* Lead and manage bodyshop technicians, service advisors and support staff.
* Ensure timely completion of repair jobs while maintaining quality standards.
* Monitor workshop productivity, job allocation and turnaround time.
* Ensure proper diagnosis, estimation and execution of accident/body repair jobs.
* Monitor spare parts, consumables and workshop resources efficiently.
* Maintain high standards of repair quality and customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors and other stakeholders for insurance claims.
* Prepare and submit regular performance and operational reports to management.
