Experience: 3+ Years of Experience.
Salary: Up to 5 LPA Key Responsibilities
* Manufacture, assemble and maintain stamping dies, press tools, jigs and fixtures.
* Perform tool fitting, grinding, machining and die assembly activities.
* Read and interpret tool drawings, engineering drawings and dimensional specifications.
* Conduct die trials, tool setting, debugging and modifications.
* Identify and troubleshoot tool/die-related production issues.
* Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of stamping tools.
* Check and maintain required dimensions, tolerances and tool accuracy.
* Support recent tool development, tool modification and improvement activities.
* Coordinate with Production,
Quality and Engineering teams to resolve tooling issues.
* Ensure optimum tool performance, tool life and minimum production downtime.
* Follow quality, safety and 5S standards in the tool room. Required Skills
* Hands-on experience in Stamping Tool / Press Tool Making.
* Experience with Progressive Dies / Precision Stamping Tools will be an advantage.
* Knowledge of tool fitting, grinding, machining and die assembly.
* Experience in die maintenance, troubleshooting and debugging.
* Ability to read and understand tool/engineering drawings and tolerances.
* Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
