Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support pharmacists with tasks related to medication fulfillment, inventory management, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

- Support pharmacists with non-dispensing tasks related to prescription medication fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering general inquiries about products and services, and directing medication-specific questions to the pharmacist.
- Maintain pharmacy inventory, including stocking shelves, checking expiration dates, and placing orders.
- Process customer transactions using the point-of-sale system.
- Ensure the pharmacy area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures,



as well as relevant healthcare regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing and data entry.

Qualifications

- Skills: Customer service, communication, attention to detail, basic math skills, inventory management, point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Pharmacy Technician certification is a plus.
- Attributes: Friendly, approachable, reliable, organized, team player, ability to work under pressure.
