Role Summary

We are seeking experienced Sales & Marketing professionals with a strong background in industrial filtration solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing current business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and driving sales across industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Healthcare, Cleanrooms, Food & Beverage, Electronics, and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities through direct sales and customer visits.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, consultants, EPCs, and channel partners.
- Promote industrial air, liquid, gas filtration, and cleanroom solutions.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable filtration products and solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales opportunities.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Skills
- 5–7 years of experience in industrial sales and marketing.
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Air Filtration
- Dust Collection Systems
- Liquid Filtration
- Gas Filtration
- Cleanroom Solutions
- Process Filtration Equipment

- Strong B2B sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience from industrial filtration, cleanroom, HVAC, life sciences, or process engineering companies will be preferred.

Education

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
