Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement highly scalable and robust backend Java applications.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Lead teams to define technical requirements and solutions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering their technical growth and empowering them to make informed decisions.
- Participate actively in architectural discussions, driving changes to align with business objectives.
- Lead initiatives to re-architect sub-systems to accommodate future business growth and scalability needs.

Qualifications:
- Skills:
- 8+ years of development experience in Core Java Programming.
- Proficiency with Java backend frameworks such as Spring.
- Strong understanding of distributed programming concepts and their trade-offs.
- Experience with messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a solid grasp of data structures.
- Advanced concurrency skills in Java, including optimistic and pessimistic locking.
- Proficiency with JDBC and relational database systems.
- Experience in Java performance tuning, garbage collectors, and profilers.
- Knowledge of design patterns and their contextual application.
- Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
