About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage offer rollout and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
- Valuable understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in handling multiple IT requirements simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques is an added advantage.
