Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our on-site operations in Ahmedabad . This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support and service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain positive and professional customer relationships.
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail with a positive and patient attitude.
- Prior experience in customer service is an advantage.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Grade
Salary & Benefits
- CTC Range: 26,000 36,000 per month.
- Night Shift Allowance: 40 per hour (additional).
