Role Description -

Customer Support Executive, Blended Process

Respond to customer inquiries across voice and chat channels in a timely and professional manner.

Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a strong customer-centric approach.





Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Flexibility to work on weekends as per business requirements.

Qualifications -

Graduation in any stream(Full/Part-time)

1-2 years of experience in customer support through chat and call, preferably in the tech industry.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Tech-savvy and comfortable working with the Android ecosystem.

Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

CTC: 25K Inhand
