What you'll do

Own the day to day bookkeeping in Tally: purchases, sales, expenses, and journal entries, recorded accurately and on time.

Keep the books clean and reconciled. Vendor and customer ledgers, and monthly closing.

Track inventory across the warehouse and weaving clusters: stock in, stock out, valuation, and variance checks.

Match purchase orders, GRNs, and invoices before payments go out. Catch mismatches early and flag them.

Support operations with numbers the team can trust: cost of goods, landed cost, and margin inputs.

Manage petty cash, employee reimbursements, and expense tracking.

Build simple, reliable reports: daily sales, receivables, payables, and inventory summaries.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For

2 to 4 years in accounting, ideally at a D2C, retail,



or manufacturing brand.

Hands on with Tally (Prime or ERP 9). Comfortable with vouchers, ledgers, and reports.

A solid grasp of inventory accounting and how stock actually moves through operations.

Strong with Excel or Google Sheets. Formulas, pivots, clean data.

Genuinely diligent with numbers. You double check, you reconcile, you don't guess.

Organized and dependable. You close things on time and keep records in order.
