Overview

We run growth for consumer brands. Amazon accounts, ads, pricing, and increasingly the content that makes any of it work. Real brands, real money, and the client knows within thirty days whether we were worth it.

You get two to four brands. Their numbers become your numbers. You will write the client emails yourself, get on the calls yourself, and defend a recommendation to a founder who disagrees with you. Some weeks that is the whole job. Some weeks it is four thousand rows in a sheet nobody has cleaned.

You also run our own channels. YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram. Calendar, posting, engagement, and sitting with the founder every week to look at what actually worked. This is the half that grows. Do it well and this stops being an account role and becomes a brand marketing role.

On not knowing things

You will not know how to do most of this on day one. Nobody does. That is fine and it is not the test.

The test is what you do in the moment you realise you are out of your depth. We want the person who says "I don't know this yet, give me till Thursday" and then actually knows it by Thursday. What does not work here is nodding in the meeting and quietly hoping nobody checks.

Who this is for

Someone who does not need to be managed. We will not build you a curriculum or check whether you started. You will be given real accounts early,



you will make real mistakes on them in front of people, and you will fix them.

What you get out of it

Two years here and you will have run paid ads with your own budget, built and defended a pricing model, published across three platforms with the numbers to show what moved, and held a client relationship through at least one month where things went badly. That is a real operator's résumé, and very few people have it at twenty-four.

You will learn that from someone who did it at scale. Our founder is an ISB alumna who was Chief of Staff at global organisations following Big4 consulting engagements.

Compensation

Reviewed at 6 to 9 months for anyone performing exceptionally. Substantial increase at the 12-month mark for people who stay and deliver.

Before you apply

- Six days a week, in our Meerut office.
- Available full time. If you are mid-internship, finish it and apply after.
- We do not care where you studied or whether you finished. We care that you have finished something hard at least once when you could have quit. A sport at district level, a competition you placed in, something you ran that made money, a job you held while studying. Any of those.
- Forage, CodSoft, Bharat Intern, and similar are courses, not internships. List them; they just do not count as work experience here.
