The ideal candidate should have solid technical understanding along with the ability to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and guide engineering teams toward effective solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Salesforce and AI/ML technical teams to drive technology initiatives.Understand business requirements and translate them into clear technical requirements and solutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and leadership teams.Evaluate technical approaches and ensure solutions align with business objectives.Lead technical discussions, solution design, and implementation planning.Identify technical gaps,



dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Support project planning, prioritization, and delivery of technical initiatives.Act as the key bridge between business, product, and engineering teams.Required Skills8+ years of experience in technology, software engineering, technical consulting, or technical management.Strong understanding of Salesforce and/or AI/ML technologies.Ability to convert business problems and requirements into technical solutions.Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, databases, and modern software architecture.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
