We're looking for a agile Sales Manager with strong exposure ONLY in Automotive & preferably in BIW (Body-in-White), capital equipment sales, and the automotive industry to drive growth across OEM and Tier-1/Tier-2 accounts in the West region.
What you'll do:
Build and manage relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 & Tier-2 customers
Drive new account development + grow existing business
Own the sales pipeline and hit monthly/quarterly/yearly targets
Lead technical-commercial discussions and proposal presentations
Coordinate with Engineering/Application teams for custom solutions
Track upcoming projects and customer expansion plans
