The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, maintaining, and continuously improving the company's websites and digital platforms.The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across website development, content updates, performance optimization, troubleshooting, security, and new feature development.We're hiring across all levels from freshers looking to begin their web development career to experienced developers capable of independently managing website development and technical operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and manage the company's websites and web applicationsCreate and implement new website features, pages, and functionalitiesUpdate website content, images, layouts, and other digital assetsEnsure websites are responsive and work smoothly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devicesTroubleshoot and resolve website bugs, errors, and technical issuesImprove website speed, performance, security, and reliabilityDevelop and integrate APIs and third-party services when requiredManage website databases and backend systemsPerform regular website updates, maintenance,



and backupsImplement basic technical SEO and website optimization practicesMonitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvementCollaborate with marketing, editorial, design, and business teamsMaintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code(Senior candidates) Take ownership of website architecture, deployments, hosting, technical strategy, and mentor junior developers?
