What We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who can take ownership of the accounts function, maintain accuracy, follow up proactively and ensure that financial transactions and records are always up to date. The person should be dependable, organised and comfortable working independently while keeping management informed.Job description:Manage all accounting transactions.Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.Statutory Audit document preparationEnsure timely bank payments.Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.Preparing MIS/Reports like P&L;, etc.Assist in month-end closing activities to ensure tally with financial statement.Dispatch planning of orders as per the requirement and coordination with the sales team.Monitoring the weekly requirement and dispatch status.Ensuring proper documentation from Export Team.Check Invoice, Packing List, insurance,
etcPreparation of Sales Invoices and relevant supporting documents.Maintain petty cash and team member claims on a timely basis.Update cash book on daily basis.Comply with financial policies and regulationRequirementsGood in using Tally and Zoho software for accountingKnowledge of accounts, ePayment , ITR and TDSGST returnBanking Reconciliation, Book- Keeping etc.Excellent Excel skillsDriven to learn and grow as a finance professionalEagerness to contribute to a team-oriented workplace.___About the brand:A tight-knit group of passionate dreamers.
