Summary:


The Graphic Designer at What Works is a key contributor to the development and execution of visually compelling brand experiences that align with client objectives and marketing strategies. Based in Hyderabad and working on -site, this role focuses on creating high -impact visual content across digital and print platforms. By designing logos, brand assets, social media graphics, and marketing collateral, the designer ensures a consistent, professional, and engaging brand presence. Collaboration with cross -functional teams is central to this role, which plays a critical part in translating creative concepts into effective visual narratives that drive audience engagement and support broader business goals.




Responsibilities:


- Create high -quality visual content for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing materials

- Develop and refine logos, brand guidelines, and other foundational branding assets

- Apply advanced typographic principles to strengthen visual communication and brand identity

- Partner with marketing and creative teams to ensure design aligns with campaign objectives





- Uphold brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints

- Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines without compromising quality

- Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions to enhance campaign performance


Requirements

Requirements:


- Proven experience in graphic design, logo creation, and brand development

- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical proficiency, and design innovation

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline

- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management capabilities

- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in quick -paced, team -oriented environments

- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred
