We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Manager to join our Strategic Accounts team and drive growth by managing large enterprise relationships.

nKey Responsibilities:
n• Own and drive revenue growth from assigned strategic enterprise accounts
n• Achieve and exceed annual sales targets (INR 20 Cr+ per year).
n• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop robust relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, etc.).
n• Drive consultative selling of SHI offerings including:
no Cloud & Data Center Transformation
no Managed Services




no IT Infrastructure Modernization
no Cybersecurity Solutions
n• Collaborate closely with internal pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
n• Track market trends and customer needs to provide strategic inputs for new solution development.
n

nRequired Skills & Experience:
n• 10 to 15 years of B2B sales experience in the IT services or system integration space.
n• The candidate must already have a credible enterprise customer network in Hyderabad and must have personally originated/managed business with those accounts in India (IT/ITES/GCC).
n• Proven experience in carrying and delivering against an annual sales target of ₹20 Cr+ across a portfolio of large enterprise accounts
n• Deep understanding of enterprise technology solutions and services, with experience selling comparable offerings in the IT Services / System Integration space.
