- Knowledge of RCC and ETab N
- Review designs submitted by the structural consultant for any errors and rectification of the same through them N
- Design co-ordination with external consultant N
- Should have thorough knowledge of valuable construction practices & construction materials N
- Experience in estimation must with analytical knowledge on quantity verifications as per design changes N
- Responsible to co-ordinate with all internal dept. viz Execution, MEP, Commercial, liaison, for timely deliverables N
- Co-ordinate with External Architects, Structural consultants or any other consultant to ensure DMart specifications are met N
- Co-ordinate with Developers to ensure DMart specifications are explained & adhered to by the developer (as-and-when required N
- Knowledge of IS Codes &all; design relevant standards N
- Knowledge of Tenders, BOQ & Working Drawing N
