As a Zoho Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients implement and optimize Zoho applications. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, configure Zoho solutions, and provide ongoing training and support.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements.
- Configure and customize Zoho applications (CRM, HRMS, Projects, etc.) to meet specific business needs
- Develop and implement data migration plans.
- Train and support clients on Zoho functionalities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Zoho best practices and stay updated on current features and releases.
- Document processes and procedures.
