? Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Workday Consultant (Techno -Functional) to design, configure, and support Workday Time Tracking & Absence Management solutions. This role bridges HR, Payroll, and Technical teams to deliver scalable HRIS solutions.
? Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering with HR & Payroll stakeholders
- Configure Workday Time Tracking & Absence modules
- Design leave plans, accruals, eligibility rules & time calculations
- Support testing (SIT/UAT) and defect resolution
- Handle production support and issue troubleshooting
- Build reports and HR/Payroll dashboards
- Support integrations with Payroll and third -party systems
â Must -Have Skills
- 5+ years of Workday experience (Time & Absence focus)
- Strong Workday configuration skills
- Experience in HRIS & Payroll processes
- Knowledge of Workday business processes, security & reporting
- Experience in production support & troubleshooting
â Good to Have
- Workday certification (Time/Absence)
- Experience with Workday Studio / EIB / Core Connectors
- Implementation or tenant deployment experience
