Job Description

- Execute daily packing activities per approved BMR/BPR

- Ensure correct operation of packing machines like labelling machine, blister packing machine, Track and trace system.

- Follow current Valuable Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

- Maintain the cleanliness of area and machines

- Online completion of BPR, e-log entries.

- Handling of shift manpower, proper allocation of job to contractual persons.

- Verification of packing material before start of activity.

- Coordinate with Warehouse for issuance and return of packing materials.

- Preparation or revision of SOP and batch documents.

- Ensure the timely completion of PM/AMC activities.

- Follow safety guidelines, SOPs, and PPE requirements.

- Guide and supervise Operators during packing.

- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits

- Knowledge of sterile injectable packing processes

- Good documentation and communication skills
