The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates for both white -collar and blue -collar requirements. The position requires handling high -volume hiring, especially for GCC and UAE markets, while meeting monthly onboarding targets and maintaining recruitment data in ATS.
Requirements
• Up to 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience in overseas recruitment or GCC market is an added advantage
• Strong sourcing skills and hands -on experience with ATS
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet recruitment targets
• Organized, KPI -driven, and detail -oriented
• Willing to work from office in Kannur
