Position: Storyline Developer
Location: Noida / Pune
Work Model: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities
- Develop interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline.
- Convert storyboards, PPTs, PDFs, and other content into engaging digital learning.
- Build interactions, assessments, scenarios, and branching activities.
- Apply eLearning accessibility and WCAG standards during development.
- Conduct functional and accessibility testing, including keyboard and screen-reader compatibility.
- Publish SCORM-compliant courses for LMS deployment.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers, SMEs, Designers, and QA teams.
- Maintain and update existing courses as required.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Articulate Storyline experience.
- Strong eLearning development and interaction-building skills.
- Good knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
- Experience with keyboard navigation, focus order, alt text, color contrast, captions, and screen-reader accessibility.
- Knowledge of SCORM and LMS integration.
- Solid attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
- Articulate Rise experience is an added advantage.
