2. Role Summary

We seek a proven Sales Manager with 10-12 years of
consultative B2B experience in IT services, digital transformation, and
enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate excels as a strategic problem-solver,
compelling storyteller, and adept deal-closer, transforming prospects into
enduring partnerships.

3. Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue high-value opportunities
in digital services, including custom development and AI integrations.

- Cultivate relationships with C-suite
executives, IT leaders, key decision-makers and channel partners

- Analyse client challenges and propose bespoke
digital transformation solutions.

- Develop persuasive proposals, presentations,
and business cases to expedite closures in outsourcing or RFP scenarios.

- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and
leadership to craft winning strategies.

- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales
targets while maintaining a robust pipeline.

- Monitor industry trends, competitive
landscapes, and emerging technologies.

4. Required Qualifications & Skills

- 10-15 years in consultative B2B IT sales, with
a focus on software services, digital transformation, or GCCs (Global
Capability Centers).

- Demonstrated success closing mid-to-large
deals ($500K–$1M+) in relevant domains.

- Expertise in consultative selling, value
articulation, and narrative development.

- Experience with global clients (US/Canada,
EMEA, APAC) in GCCs or specific verticals (Healthcare, Manufacturing,
Energy, Fintech, Supply Chain & Logistics) preferred.

- Results-oriented, with exceptional
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
