We are currently hiring Marketing Executive for one of our client.

Job Title : Marketing Executive

Experience: 2+yrs

Industry: Medical services/Hospital

Note: Candidates with prior experience in the hospital industry are preferred

Job Summary:-

We are seeking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our client company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient acquisition, corporate tie-ups, referral network development, and conducting outreach activities across Hyderabad and nearby areas. Candidates with solid field sales experience and excellent communication skills are preferred

Key Responsibilities:-

Generate patient walk-ins through field visits, referral Programmes, and community outreach activities

Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, insurance companies, TPAs, opticians, and general physicians

Organize and coordinate vision screening camps in schools, apartments, offices, and communities

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and direct visits to convert them into consultations





Coordinate with internal hospital teams for appointment scheduling and patient onboarding

Achieve monthly patient acquisition and revenue targets

Maintain lead and conversion data in CRM systems

Represent the hospital at health camps, exhibitions, and wellness events

Collect competitor and market information and share reports with management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong field sales, business development, and lead generation skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

Experience in corporate tie-ups, referral management, and customer follow-ups

Target-oriented and self-motivated with basic CRM and MS Office knowledge

2-4 years of experience in healthcare, pharma, optical retail, insurance, or related sales

Bachelors degree with fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English; willing to travel with a valid driving license preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in ophthalmology or eye care industry

Existing network with corporates or insurance TPAs

Knowledge of health insurance and cashless claim process

Experience in organizing health camps and outreach activities
