XNERGS is hiring an experienced Project Manager – Solar Installation to manage residential and commercial rooftop solar projects across Goa.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and execute rooftop solar installation projects

• Manage multiple project sites and installation teams

• Coordinate site surveys, designs, BOQ and material requirements

• Prepare project schedules and monitor daily progress

• Coordinate engineers, technicians, contractors and vendors

• Supervise mounting structures, solar modules, inverters, AC/DC cabling and earthing

• Ensure installation quality and safety compliance

• Coordinate material requirements and dispatch to sites

• Handle technical issues and site-level troubleshooting

• Coordinate with customers regarding project progress

• Manage project documentation, inspections, net metering and commissioning





• Ensure projects are completed within committed timelines

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 Years of Solar Installation / Solar EPC Experience – MANDATORY

Experience managing rooftop solar projects

Strong technical knowledge of Solar PV systems

Ability to manage multiple sites and installation teams

Knowledge of BOQ, drawings, electrical systems and project planning

Robust leadership and communication skills

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech preferred
