Key Responsibilities:

• Complete installation of assigned residential solar sites as per the approved Detailed Project Report (DPR)

• Handle material shifting and site readiness

• Install structure, modules, earthing, cabling, and inverter systems

• Execute civil works including foundations for structure and earthing • Configure RMS (Remote Monitoring System)

• Provide system explanation and basic training to customers

• Ensure all SOPs are followed, including pre- and post-installation documentation

Requirements

• Candidates must have completed Class 12 / ITI / Diploma • Completion of a 3-month Skill Development Course

• 0–2 years of experience in electrical installations, maintenance, or related electrical work preferred





• Willingness to travel extensively

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Strong ownership with a passion for delivering high-quality results

• Willingness to learn, upskill, and undertake tasks such as site surveys and material inspection

• Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in solar installation or renewable energy projects

• Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety standards

• Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage
