Qualification - ITI in Mechanical

Job Description

1.Ensure safe maintenance practices and compliance with SOPs, JSAs, and safety standards.

2.Execution of Preventive, Breakdown, and Shutdown Maintenance activities.

3.Participate in continuous improvement, TPM, ISO, and housekeeping activities.

4.Maintain shift logs, downtime records, and maintenance history.

5.Valuable knowledge of Rotary Equipment maintenance such as Pumps, Gearboxes, Fans, Blowers, Compressors, Couplings, and Bearings.

6.Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement reliability improvement initiatives.

7.Planning and monitoring of equipment health, lubrication, and spare parts management.
