- Bachelor’s in Technology or Master’s in Business analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent experience
- 4+ years’ experience in advanced Data Science techniques and Machine Learning
- Experienced with the application of statistics and data-analysis in a business environment
(trend discovery and analysis, correlation and pattern discovery, text mining, etc.)
- Has advanced level experience using SQL (or Google Big Query), Python
- Strong interpersonal communications skills (verbal, presentation and written)
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical and inquisitive mindset
- Focused on results and able to work closely with others in collaborative setting
- Energetic & always curious to learn
Desired skills:
- Proficient with data discovery and exploration, strong use of statistical analysis tools
- Experience with working on usecases that involve LLMs and building Agents
- Has intermediate to advanced level Tableau/Power BI experience in line with descriptive analytics
- Has robust data structuring, management, harmonization and analysis experience
- Identifies insights from analyses and proposes recommendations or next best actions
- Continues to expand and enhance his technical knowledge and skillset, and contributes to knowledge sharing and advancement in the org
