Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior SAP ABAP professional with strong Master Data Migration experience to support end-to-end SAP data migration and integration activities.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Master Data Migration, LSMW, ABAP, Vendor & Material Master Migration, mass data migration, data cleansing, mapping and transformation, along with good exposure to SAP integration and IDoc-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

-

Execute end-to-end Master Data Migration activities across SAP environments.

-

Perform migration of Vendor Master, Material Master and BOM data.

-

Handle mass data migration activities and ensure data accuracy and completeness.

-

Perform data cleansing, validation, mapping and transformation.

-

Develop and execute migration programs using LSMW, BDC and BAPI.

-

Support SAP data migration through ABAP-based solutions and troubleshooting.

-

Configure and support ALE/IDoc processes for master data integration.

-

Work with RFCs, Ports, Partner Profiles, Message Types and IDoc Types.

-

Manage Change Pointers and support IDoc monitoring and reprocessing.

-

Support SAP Business Partner (BP) configuration and processing.

-

Coordinate with functional/business teams to understand migration requirements and resolve data-related issues.

Perform data validation, reconciliation and post-migration checks.

Must-Have Skills

-

Strong Master Data Migration experience with end-to-end migration exposure.

-

Hands-on experience in Vendor Master Data Migration.

-

Hands-on experience in Material Master Migration.

-

Strong experience in Mass Data Migration Activities.

-

Expert-level hands-on experience with LSMW.

-

Strong knowledge of ABAP in the context of data migration.

-

Good hands-on experience with BAPI and BDC.

-

Strong experience in Data Cleansing & Validation.

-

Strong experience in Data Mapping & Transformation.

-

Hands-on experience with ALE/IDoc Configuration.

-

Experience with RFCs, Ports and Partner Profiles.

-

Experience with Message Types & IDoc Types.

-

Experience in Change Pointer Management.

-

Experience in IDoc Monitoring & Reprocessing.

-

Exposure to SAP Business Partner (BP) Configuration & Processing.

Good-to-Have Skills

-

Experience in BOM Migration.

-

Exposure to complex/global SAP data migration projects.

-

Experience with migration-related ABAP development and performance optimization.

-

Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Master Data Migration.

-

Knowledge of additional SAP data migration tools and methodologies.

-

Experience working with cross-functional teams during large-scale migration projects.

Ideal Candidate

A candidate with a Senior ABAP background combined with strong hands-on Master Data Migration experience, particularly in LSMW, Vendor/Material Master Migration, mass data migration and SAP integration/IDocs, would be an ideal fit for this role.
