Hiring: Python + Java API Engineer
? Location: Chennai
â³ Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred
? Experience: 5 – 12+ Years
? Compensation Range:
- 5–7 Years: Up to ₹17 LPA
- 7–10 Years: Up to ₹20 LPA
- 10+ Years: Up to ₹22 LPA
? Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable API platforms and gateway -based architectures
- Build and manage RESTful APIs with proper versioning, error handling, and backward compatibility
- Implement secure authentication & authorization (OAuth2, JWT, mTLS, API Keys)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in large -scale distributed production environments
- Develop automation and platform tooling using Python
- Collaborate with cross -functional teams to ensure smooth API integrations
- Implement and maintain observability practices (logging, monitoring, tracing, alerting)
Requirements
- 6+ years of overall experience in Software/Platform Engineering
- Robust hands -on experience in Java (API / Middleware Development)
- Proficiency in Python (Automation, Scripting, Tooling)
- Experience with API Gateway architectures
- Knowledge of API testing tools (functional, regression, performance)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems & debugging
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
