Job Overview:

We are hiring a Python Backend Developer
with hands -on experience in backend development. You will be responsible for
developing APIs, improving backend performance, and collaborating with
cross -functional teams to deliver high -quality software solutions.

The job involves fresh development as well
as supporting existing projects and interacting with the customers to
understand their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python and
frameworks like Django / Flask / FastAPI.

· Build scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.

· Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB for
efficient data storage and retrieval.

· Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of backend systems.

· Collaborate with cross -functional teams for design, development, and
deployment.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues.

· Ensure code quality, follow best practices, and maintain a clean
architecture.

· Participate in technical discussions and contribute to improving
backend system design.

Skills & Knowledge:

· Hands -on experience with Python and backend frameworks (Django / Flask
/ FastAPI).

· Strong understanding of REST API development principles.

· Valuable knowledge of database management, ORM concepts, and writing
optimized queries.

· Basic understanding of asynchronous programming, caching, and
background tasks (Celery/Redis) is a plus.

· Familiarity with Git version control.

· Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP or containerization tools like Docker is
an added advantage.

· Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and debugging
techniques.
