Requirements:

- MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Nephrology (DNB, MD, or equivalent).

- Minimum of 1 year of post-qualification clinical experience in nephrology or a related specialty.

- Robust understanding of renal physiology, dialysis modalities (hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis), and transplant medicine.

- Proficiency in interpreting laboratory results, imaging studies, and renal biopsy reports.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-pressure clinical environment.

- Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous learning.

- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and clinical documentation standards.
