Job Title: Marketing Executive – Hypermarket


Location: Doha, Qatar



Experience: 1 – 4 Years


Industry: Retail / FMCG / Hypermarket / Supermarket

Key Responsibilities


- Plan and execute in -store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for co -branded promotions and offers

- Manage digital marketing activities (social media, WhatsApp campaigns, email marketing)

- Monitor and analyze customer footfall, sales data, and campaign performance

- Ensure effective visual merchandising and branding across the store

- Work closely with store operations to align marketing activities with business goals

- Conduct local area marketing (LAM) activities such as events, flyers, and tie -ups





- Maintain relationships with advertising agencies, printers, and media vendors

- Track competitor activities and market trends to suggest improvements

- Handle customer engagement initiatives and loyalty programs




Salary: 38,000 INR Per Month




Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

- Solid understanding of retail marketing and consumer behavior

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms

- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales and campaign data

- Creativity and attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast -paced retail environment
