We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Learning & Development Associate to support training programs, learning initiatives, client coordination, and employee development activities.

Key Responsibilities:




✔ Coordinate end -to -end training programs and learning initiatives


✔ Manage training schedules, participants, and program logistics


✔ Support content development and learning materials preparation


✔ Coordinate with trainers, clients, and internal teams


✔ Track training effectiveness and feedback reports


✔ Maintain training records, MIS, and documentation


✔ Support learning projects and capability -building programs


✔ Assist in improving learner experience and engagement

✔ Project Management Skills


✔ MS Office / Excel / PowerPoint
