We are hiring an HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience, preferably in the architecture/interior design industry. The candidate will be responsible for end -to -end recruitment for architectural, design roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Screen candidate portfolios across all typologies.
- Manage hiring through job portals, LinkedIn, and references.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for staffing requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database.
- Manage offer rollout and onboarding process.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
- Experience in recruitment for architecture/interior/design firms preferred.
- Understanding of architectural/design portfolios and hiring requirements.
- Positive communication skills.
