We are looking for a detail -oriented Freight Forwarder with hands -on experience in air shipments and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will manage end -to -end shipment processes while ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle booking and coordination of air shipments with airlines and agents
- Manage shipment documentation including AWB, invoices, and packing lists
- Coordinate with customs clearance agents for smooth cargo movement
- Track shipments and provide real -time updates to clients
- Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, or operational issues
- Maintain strong communication with vendors and internal teams
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a freight forwarder
- Robust knowledge of air cargo operations and documentation
- Familiarity with customs procedures
- Good communication and coordination skills
