We are seeking a skilled
Epicor Functional Consultant with strong expertise in ERP implementation,
business process analysis, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for understanding client requirements, configuring the Epicor ERP
system, and ensuring successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements and
translate them into functional specifications within the Epicor ERP system

- Lead and support end -to -end ERP
implementation projects

- Configure Epicor modules such as
Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, E -Invoice and CRM

- Conduct gap analysis and recommend
process improvements

- Work closely with technical teams for
customization and integration requirements

- Provide user training, documentation,
and post -implementation support

- Troubleshoot and resolve functional
issues in a timely manner

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure




project milestones and deliverables are met

Required Skills &
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, or related
field

- Hands -on experience with Epicor ERP
(preferably Epicor Kinetic / ERP 10)

- Solid understanding of business
processes in manufacturing, finance, supply chain

- Experience in ERP implementation and
support projects

- Excellent problem -solving and analytical
skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder
management skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Epicor Kinetic UI

- Knowledge of BPMs, BAQs, and dashboards

- Exposure to data migration and system
integration

- Certification in Epicor ERP (if any)
