Summary:


The Marketing Executive plays a key role in driving the company’s brand visibility and market presence by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. This position is central to promoting products and services through data -driven campaigns, market research, and cross -functional collaboration. By aligning marketing efforts with sales and business objectives, the Marketing Executive contributes directly to customer acquisition, brand loyalty, and revenue growth. The role demands a proactive mindset, creativity, and strong analytical abilities to deliver impactful results in a fast -paced environment.




Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support product launches and brand positioning

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights

- Plan, manage, and execute multi -channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, events)

- Collaborate closely with sales, product,



and creative teams to ensure alignment and consistency

- Monitor campaign performance using key metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results

- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints


Requirements

Requirements:


- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

- Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., social media management, email marketing platforms)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a energetic environment

- Creative problem -solving mindset and attention to detail
