We are looking for a skilled and detail -oriented Draftsman to prepare accurate architectural drawings, construction layouts, and technical documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AutoCAD, drafting standards, and coordination with architects and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:




✔ Prepare architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD


✔ Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings


✔ Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams


✔ Revise drawings based on design and site requirements


✔ Ensure compliance with architectural standards and project specifications


✔ Prepare BOQs, as -built drawings, and documentation


✔ Maintain drawing revisions and project records


✔ Support site execution with technical drawings and details






Requirements

✔ AutoCAD Drafting


✔ Architectural Working Drawings


✔ Floor Plans, Elevations & Sections


✔ Construction & Interior Drawings


✔ BOQ & Quantity Verification


✔ Drawing Interpretation & Technical Documentation






✔ SketchUp / Revit (Preferred)


✔ MS Office & Documentation


✔ Attention to Detail & Accuracy


✔ Team Coordination & Communication




? Experience Preferred:


Draftsman, Architectural Draftsman, AutoCAD Draftsman, CAD Draftsman, Architecture Drafting, Interior Draftsman, Construction Drawings, Working Drawings, Shop Drawings, Revit, SketchUp, Technical Drawings, Building Plans, Architecture Jobs, Drafting Engineer
