Shift: 24X7 rotational

Mandatory skills: LRS-VPSX

Files & Folder Skills: Access provisioning/revoking Folder creation & Deletion (shares & DFS) Quota management (Folder & User based quota) Folder copy/movement Security group creation Folder ownership changes Folder mapping (Manual & login scripts using PowerShell scripting) Data Migration, DFS backup and restore and Reporting Drive mapping by GPO preferences.

Folder permission troubleshooting Network Drive mapping troubleshooting issue.

Managed Print Service Skills: Print queue management (Creation/deletion/modification) using Microsoft Print management tool.





Printer driver management Pull / Follow-me printing, printer configuration and support (Third Party tool example LRS-VPSX, Equitrac, HPJetadmin, Printx) Direct printing Mobile /BYOD printing support Guest printing support (If enable) Email Printing support and troubleshooting Scan-to-email /Folder support and troubleshooting.

Fax (If enable for country) Print reports Print server migration, backup and decommission.

Tools Knowledge: Service-now, PowerShell, DFS management, robocopy, ADUC, computer management, Event viewer, print management, Icacls command, treesize
