Description
JD Lead PMO talent management and financial operations for a large delivery portfolio, driving end-to-end resource planning, onboarding/offboarding, utilization, and revenue governance. Partner closely with BU leadership, delivery, finance, HR, and recruitment to balance demand and supply, optimize productivity, and ensure timely, accurate billing, invoicing, AR, and audits. Provide transparent, data-backed insights on utilization, revenue, margin, and capacity while standardizing processes and improving operational efficiency Own revenue governance for all aligned projects, including PPR, revenue, margin, and profitability analysis Manage end-to-end order-to-cash: AR creation and tracking, billing, invoicing, unbilled, and collections coordination
