Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager - GenAI Full Stack to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Generative AI applications. The ideal candidate will have robust full-stack engineering expertise, experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments, and a proven ability to build scalable cloud-native solutions.

In this role, you will architect application layers that connect AI/LLM backends with modern frontend experiences, manage API integrations, and drive end-to-end deployment across cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Application Architecture

- Design and develop scalable microservices to process LLM requests and responses.
- Implement context management frameworks for GenAI applications.
- Build and optimize real-time response systems using Server-Sent Events (SSE) and streaming architectures.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and performance of AI-driven applications.

Frontend & Backend Integration

- Develop seamless integrations between React/Next.js frontends and Python/FastAPI backends.
- Optimize application performance for low-latency AI interactions.
- Collaborate with product, AI/ML, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Design and maintain robust APIs for AI-powered applications.

Cloud & DevOps





- Deploy and manage AI applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI software components.
- Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes.
- Monitor application performance, reliability, and deployment health.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

- Strong programming experience in Python (FastAPI/Django).
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Microservices Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure AI Services, or Google Cloud AI offerings.
- Knowledge of API development, integrations, and backend services.
- Experience working with LLMs, GenAI applications, AI agents, RAG frameworks, or AI-powered web applications.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AI model deployment and inference optimization.
- Familiarity with vector databases and modern AI application frameworks.
- Understanding of MLOps and AI application lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of streaming applications and real-time communication patterns.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in Full Stack Development specifically.
- Recent and significant experience integrating AI/ML models into web applications.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
