Job Responsibilities

- Ensure accurate accounting and recording of all financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Handle direct and indirect taxation, statutory compliances, and timely filing of returns.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Perform financial analysis and provide reports to management.
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow, and banking relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the Finance & Accounts department.
- Lead and mentor the Accounts team.

Qualification

- Chartered Accountant (CA)




- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- MBA will be an added advantage
- Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
