Position Overview:-
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Java Backend Developer to lead the design and development of enterprise-scale, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Java, Microservices, API Architecture, Cloud Platforms, DevOps practices, and high-performance distributed systems. This role requires technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and ownership of mission-critical applications.Key Responsibilities

- Architect, design, and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java and modern backend technologies.
- Lead the implementation of Microservices and API-driven architectures.
- Design secure, highly available, and resilient cloud-native solutions.
- Drive technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance to development teams.
- Lead code reviews and enforce software engineering best practices.
- Design and optimize distributed systems for high throughput and low latency.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
- Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Ensure adherence to security, performance, scalability, and reliability standards.
