- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from RFQ to SOP.
- Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
- Ensure completion of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and project milestones.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, and budgets.
- Act as the primary interface with OEM customers for project updates.
- Drive on-time project delivery and successful product launch.
Preferred candidate profile
BE/B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Production Engineering.
• 15 to 20 years experience in automotive or auto component manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, IATF 16949, and NPD processes.
• Experience in OEM project handling and cross-functional project management.
• Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
• PMP / Six Sigma certification
• Experience with OEMs like Tata Motors, Mahindra, Maruti, etc.
