- Shift timing 6 am to 3 pm & 2 PM to 11 PM
- Soft Skills: Good communication skills

Must have skills:

- This role is a blend of technical expertise and people management.
- Strong experience in Software Quality Assurance, Test Automation, and Quality Engineering.
- 6+ years of leadership experience managing and mentoring technical QA teams.
- Experience managing large teams in a matrixed enterprise workplace.

Technical Expertise in below:

- Selenium, Java, TestNG, Maven, and Docker-based automation.
- Mobile Testing, including XCUITest for iOS automation.
- API Testing and REST API validation experience with automation frameworks.
- Designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins integration.
- Performance testing exposure




- Experience using GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development/testing tools.

- Lead and manage a QA organization of 16+ engineers while driving delivery excellence.
- Provide technical leadership on automation strategy, framework architecture, and quality engineering practices.
- Drive end-to-end test automation across Web, Mobile, API, and backend systems.
- Own automation framework modernization, scalability, and maintainability initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with onsite stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Support resource planning, budgeting, forecasting, and delivery management activities.
