Role: Production Supervisor (Food processing industry)

Immediate joiners only / Rotational shifts

Role & responsibilities

- Supervise daily manufacturing operations to meet production plans and delivery schedules.
- Manage manpower, machines, materials, and methods (4M) effectively.
- Monitor production output, cycle time, downtime, rejection, and rework.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and quality systems (GMP/5S as applicable).
- Coordinate with Maintenance to reduce breakdowns and improve machine uptime.
- Work closely with Quality to resolve defects and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain shift-wise production reports and documentation.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage
- Maintain production reports, batch records, and shift documentation
- Coordinate with quality, purchase, and maintenance teams
- Maintain GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards in the production area
- Train, guide,



and evaluate operators and line leaders.
- Report production issues, breakdowns, and deviations to management.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions on the shop floor.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, Lean, and 5S.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Graduation or post-graduation in Food Technology/Agriculture or relevant field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in supervisory/production role with food processing or relevant industry.
- Freshers with good knowledge of food processing and safety are welcome to apply
