Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for backend, frontend, APIs, and supporting services.
- Manage and automate deployments across Development, UAT/Staging, and Production environments.
- Lead and execute migration of applications, services, databases, and infrastructure to AWS.
- Set up and manage AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Load Balancer, Route 53, and related services.
- Deploy and manage applications using Docker and containerized environments.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools.
- Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including backups, replication, monitoring, performance, and migration to AWS RDS where applicable.
- Establish automated database backup and disaster recovery processes.
- Configure monitoring, logging, alerting, and system health dashboards.
- Manage SSL certificates, DNS, secrets, API keys, IAM roles, and access permissions.
- Implement infrastructure security and hardening in coordination with the Cybersecurity team.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and resource utilization.
- Identify and resolve deployment, infrastructure, networking, and production issues.




- Optimize AWS infrastructure and cloud expenditure.
- Implement high availability, scalability, backup, and recovery mechanisms.
- Maintain technical documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, architecture, and recovery procedures.
- Support security and compliance requirements including ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 2 readiness, vulnerability management, and audit evidence collection.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 2 to 5 years of hands-on DevOps / Cloud experience
- Strong experience with AWS
- Solid Linux administration and shell scripting skills
- Hands-on experience with Docker
- Strong understanding of CI/CD and Git workflows
- Experience with GitHub Actions / Jenkins / GitLab CI or similar
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Experience with PostgreSQL backup, restore, migration, performance tuning, and production management
- Experience with AWS RDS or equivalent managed database services
- Working knowledge of Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
- Understanding of networking concepts including VPC, subnets, security groups, DNS, load balancers, and firewalls
