Join SkillWiz an AI-enabled EdTech platform helping engineering students know where they stand and how to get to where they want to be.

We're looking for a proactive, people-first qualified to own their assigned colleges end-to-end from building relationships to driving student engagement and executing SkillWiz programs on the ground.

Location: Bhubaneswar (field & campus role), Kolkata, Pune, Indore, Bhopal

Roles and Responsibility:

- Run campus visits, orientations & workshops
- Drive student engagement & platform adoption
- Build relationships with colleges, HODs & Placement Officers
- Support sales growth, renewals & institutional partnerships
- Track performance & coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution

Requirements :

- 1-7 years of experience (EdTech / Training / B2B preferred)
- Strong communication & relationship-management skills
- Comfortable with field travel & campus engagement
